Trainings

Trainings are one of the activities through which CORTE promotes uniform enforcement. In 2024, CORTE, in collaboration with the European Labour Authority (ELA), will organise regional training sessions for all 27 EU Member States on the enforcement of road transport social legislation with a focus on roadside inspections, particularly on driving time, breaks and rest periods as well as on posting of drivers.

The training sessions will be held in the form of five onsite hybrid sessions in groups of 4-6 Member States based on their geographical proximity, held throughout the year in Poland, Lithuania, Belgium, Italy and Cyprus:  

• Group 1: 7-8 February 2024 for Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Czechia  
• Group 2: 20-21 March 2024 for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway 
• Group 3: 11-12 April 2024 for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein  
• Group 4: June 2024 for Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Malta and Ireland 
• Group 5: September 2024 for Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Croatia and Slovenia
